Paint Spot Trade Card - Terms & Conditions

The Paint Spot Trade Card (the Card) is a discount card program offered by Paint Spot Pty Ltd that provides opportunities to its cardholders being members of the program (Cardholders) to receive a discount on the recommended retail price in a designated Paint Spotstore.

By applying for and receiving the Card, you agree to the specific terms and conditions that follow (the Card Agreement).

By applying for and receiving the Card, submitting your information or using the Card you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and agree to be bound by this Agreement

You acknowledge that the Agreementmay be modified or terminated at any time. Any changes will appear on thispage. It is your responsibility to refer to the Agreement prior to using the Card. Unless you notify us to the contrary, you will be deemed to have acceptedany change to this Card Agreement if you continue to use the Card after that change has been posted here.

1.     Card Eligibility

Any person completing the PaintSpot Trade Card application and paying the application fee as determined by the applicable Paint Spot store is eligible to use the Card.

2.     Application for Card

When you apply for the Paint SpotTrade Card, you must provide Paint Spot with accurate and complete information (including but not limited to name and postal address and email address).

3.     Contacting Paint Spot:

All communication in regard to the Paint Spot Trade Card is managed by Paint Spot Pty Ltd.

4.     IV. Fees & Validity

An application fee of $25.00 is applicablefor the Card to individual members. The application fee may be waivered at thetotal discretion of the applicable Paint Spot store. The Paint Spot Trade Card has no expiry date however Paint Spot reserves the right to cancel the card and associated program by giving no less than three months notice by way of a public notice.   

5.     Card Use

Your Card is your key to Savings,benefits and services. You must show your Paint Spot Trade Card before you make a purchase at any participating store. A store has the right to deny a discount if you do not present your Card before payment

6.     Expiration and Cancellation

Paint Spot reserves the right to cancel the card and associated program by giving no less than three monthsnotice by way of a public notice.  

7.     Lost Cards

If your card is lost or stolen, anadditional card can be collected from the original issuing store.

8.     E-mail Policy and Communication Preferences

Cardholders may receive Paint Spot Trade Card e-mails and/or SMS alerts. Paint Spot uses these updates to provide additional savings, special offers, site upgrades, new features, events,promotions and more. You have the option to e-mail us to opt out from receiving these e-mails using the link at the bottom of any promotional e-mail you may receive. You also have the option to email us to opt out of receiving themobile phone messages.

Paint Spot Trade reserves theright to e-mail you with information essential to your participation in our program. You will not have the option to opt-out of e-mails of this nature.

9.     Discounts/Changes to Discounts

Each Paint Spot store reserves the right in its sole discretion to set the applicable discount for each product at any time. Further each Paint Spot reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the discount at any time. Paint Spot Trade Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or sale.

10.  Privacy Policy

By using the PaintSpot Trade Card you acknowledge that any information we receive from or about you through the Card will be recorded and used according to our Privacy Policy.
