SOLVER Line 4104 Surface Conditioner is a clear penetrating oil preparation for binding back chalky, powdery surfaces that cannot be thoroughly cleaned. This product is not an excuse for proper surface preparation prior to painting. It is intended for use only where it is impossible to completely remove loose and powdery material, e.g., where destruction of substrate will occur on further cleaning. This product aids in rebinding the surface and is not a cure all for poor preparation.

Also suitable for first coat application to interior timber, hardboards, etc., to build up a non sink back system for gloss finishes. Can be used under both water and solvent based finishing systems.

A Super Premium, 100% acrylic, water based primer, for use on interior and exterior unpainted timber surfaces where a water based finishing system is being used. In combination with SOLVER Line 4633 Weatherflex Exterior Acrylic Gloss or SOLVER Line 188 Brite-Glo Acrylic Gloss, it constitutes a complete acrylic system of outstanding durability.

A Super Premium quality rust inhibiting, anti-corrosive metal primer. May be left for periods of up to 6 months without being top coated. Available in both Red Oxide and White. The Red Oxide colour is best used if the primer is to be left as a self finishing coat as discolouration, etc., is less apparent. White is the recommended colour for use on Aluminium but may be used on other metals as well.

A one-pack organic zinc rich primer based on an epoxy ester. Contains a minimum of 93% zinc dust in the dry film. Corrosion is an electrochemical reaction i.e. the chemical process cannot occur without the passage of an electric current. SOLVER Line 4351 Cold Galv Zinc Rich Anti-Corrosive Metal Primer arrests this corrosion process, firstly by protecting the surface from the chemical action of air and water and secondly by providing an electrically conductive layer of zinc which corrodes sacrificially thereby protecting the metal.
