A. Paint Spot Trade Customers may place orders over the phone with their local store.

 

Q. What payment types do you accept?

A. Paint Spot accepts cash, EFT POS, Debit Cards, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

 

Q. What currency are your products listed in?

A. All prices listed on the Paint Spot website are in Australian Dollars.

 

Q. Are the product prices the same at every Paint Spot store?

A. The website price displayed is available at all Paint Spot stores.

 

Q. Who is eligible to sign up for a Trade Star Card?

A. All Paint Spot customers are eligible to become Trade Star members.

 

Q. Do I need an ABN to sign up for a Trade Star card?

A. No. Retail customers along with Trade Customers may become Trade Star Members.

 

Q. How much does it cost to sign up for a Trade Star Card?

A. Nothing - it is free to sign up for a Trade Star Card.

 

Q. What discount do I get on purchases with a Trade Star Card?

A. Trade Star members will receive a minimum 5% off Trade Star preferred paint products & 10% off Trade Star preferred accessories.

 

Q. What are Trade Star Products?

A. Trade Star products feature Australia leading paint brands including Wattyl, Solver, Haymes, Levene, Rokset, UniPro, Sequence and Australian Brushware Company.

 

Q. If I see a product advertised for less at another retailer, do you match prices?

A. Yes, Paint Spot will match any advertised price on identical items. Please read our Price Promise Guarantee for all details.

 

Q. Do you share my information with any third parties?

A. No. All customer details will only be used by Paint Spot to communicate directly with our customers.

Q. Do you accept returns and offer refunds for faulty items?

A. All enquiries regarding faulty items should be directed to the store of purchase.

 

Q. Do you accept returns and offer refunds for change of mind purchases?

A. Refunds are offered on unused products in their original packaging. A receipt as proof of purchase is required to be presented at the time of return and items can only be returned to the original store of purchase. Refunds are only payable to the original form of payment. Any paint product that has been tinted or personalised for a customer is ineligible for a refund.

 

Q. Can I return an item without my receipt?

A. No. Proof of purchase is required when returning any item.
